Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, while exchanges are available exclusively for bags. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in new or lightly used condition.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is defective or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label, and upon verification, a full refund or replacement will be issued within 7 days.

  • Change of Mind (Non-Defective Products): If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days using our prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be processed within 7 days.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days. We will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item as soon as we receive the incorrect one.

  • Missing Items from Order: If an item is missing from your order, report it within 7 days. We will investigate and either ship the missing item or issue a refund within 7 days.

  • Lost Package: If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for a resolution.

2. Exchanges (Bags Only)

  • We offer exchanges exclusively for bags. The item must be in new or lightly used condition. Once we receive the returned item, the exchange process will be completed within 7 days.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.

Return Method

  • All returns and exchanges must be processed via postal shipping.

  • Customers can download and print a free return label from our website.

Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
